Hope for Young Moms
Supporting young mothers through emotional and psychosocial care, parenting guidance and referrals, and access to education and livelihood opportunities—helping young moms build stable, confident futures for themselves and their children.
Helping Hands
Providing direct support through referrals to government and community services, emergency and social assistance, and continuous community outreach and follow-up to ensure every young woman receives the help she needs. At RISE UP, we believe no young woman should ever feel alone.
Education & Skills Development
We empower young women by expanding access to education, providing vocational and life skills training, and nurturing leadership through mentorship programs. Education is power—and a pathway to independence.
